Hi everyone! It’s me again with yet another piece of work straight from my Art!
If memory serves right, this was the second mandala I attempted. I wanted to make it super colourful and bright so after I drew the mandala with a pencil, I first used yellow, orange and red poster colours to create a colourful shaded background. After that I used microtip pens of different hues (tried to stick to rainbow shades) to colour in the fine nuances of the mandala.
This one was slightly different in that I added my love for henna into it with some henna patterns blended to break into the circular symmetry of the mandala. I was amazed at the final result. I hope you like it too!
It was an absolute labour of love and a great stress reliever!
